About Your First Test
Who are we?
We are a well-established Australian research company that provides usability and user experience research services to a wide range of corporate and government clients.
What is the project?
A major Australian university has hired us to gather objective feedback on the strengths and weaknesses of their updated website.
Who are we looking for?
We are seeking feedback from individuals in India, Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia or Singapore, who are considering studying at an Australian university within the next two years.
What will participants have to do?
There will be two types of sessions: unmoderated sessions and moderated interviews.
For the unmoderated sessions, participants will need to record their screens while exploring the website and sharing their thoughts aloud. They will also complete a brief post-test written survey reflecting on their experience.
We are also looking for a limited number of participants who can engage in a moderated interviews conducted over Google Meets. This session will include a brief interview followed by guided interactions with the website.
The testing session and survey will take approximately 45 minutes to complete, and participants will be compensated with $35 USD for their time.
The test will be launched in late November or early December.
