We’re inviting residents of Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane to participate in a real-world test of a new smart intercom device launching soon on Amazon Australia.

This device connects directly to existing video intercom systems in apartments, enabling remote access control via your smartphone — no building-wide changes needed.

Who Can Participate?

You may be eligible if you:

• Live in Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane 
• Reside in an apartment or unit 
• Have a video intercom system with remote door unlocking 
• Are willing to complete a short survey and tinker with your intercom 

What’s Involved

1. Fill out a short survey to check if your system is compatible 
2. If eligible, you’ll be contacted to schedule a technician visit (takes under 2 hours) 
3. During the visit, our technician will: 
   • Connect the smart device to your intercom 
   • Run a few simple tests and ask some quick feedback questions 
   • Restore your system to its original settings
     

This study is run by Testmate, an Australian user testing company helping brands validate new products in real-world conditions.

Compensation

• $150 for a completed technician visit 
• $50 if your system is incompatible (no visit scheduled)
